The HostiFi Device Discovery Tool can scan for local UniFi devices and make layer 3 adoption super simple. Of course SSH based adoption can be used, but our app makes this process easier.
You can even enter in inform URL for your server, then subsequent devices will always be sent there.
All features are available without any cost.
No, it'll work with any UniFi server that has the correct ports open to the internet.
At the moment, the UXG devices don't work - but this is on the roadmap.
