Hostifi support is great. I work in IT and I've gotten pretty jaded about bad support, so it's surprising to encounter a support team that's fast, responsive, and (this is key) knows how to troubleshoot the issues I'm dealing with. Waheed quickly identified the problem I was having with importing APs to the new controller and had it sorted in minutes

After losing a network admin, we moved our UISP instance to Hostifi for better support and redundancy. We had a DNS issue on the migration and Saifuddin was able to point us in the right direction without delay and have now successfully migrated to Hostifi.

About HostiFi

We're a group of guys who have a shared obsession with Ubiquiti products. We're passionate about WiFi, Linux, and automating things with software. We have industry experience as ex-Ubiquiti employees, IT/MSP business owners, WISP operators, and software developers.

Reilly Chase founded HostiFi in 2018 as a side project of his IT services business Locklin Networks. He had the idea for a UniFi cloud hosting service when he was installing Ubiquiti products and wanted to centrally manage his customer networks from one server. He built HostiFi to provide that as a service for others.

In 2019 he raised $100K from Calm Company Fund and went full-time on the business. Since then it has grown to over $3M/year in revenue and employs a team of 10 people serving over 3,000 customers.

How do I migrate or add new devices?

It's easy to migrate your existing sites using the site migration wizard in UniFi, and can be done remotely. We also have a guide on how to add new devices.

Where are your servers located?

We use Vultr as our infrastructure provider and we can move your server to a location of your choosing in North America, Europe, Asia, or Australia.

Can I use my own custom domain name?

Yes. By default we will create a subdomain of hostifi.com for you to use, but you can also set up your own domain name for your server.

Can I use the UniFi mobile app?

Yes, you can download the UniFi Network app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow our guide to connect it to your server.

Is it easy to upgrade if needed?

Yes, if you need to upgrade your plan just let our team know. We will take care of the server and billing changes. No migration or downtime involved.

What is the scope of your support?

Our team provides support for both the server and the devices via live chat, phone, and email.
