We do maintain a full list of the supported UniFi devices, but all UniFi access points, UniFi switches, UXG gateways and managed accessories are supported. Some accessories such as the UniFi Ultra switches and the UniFi UPS don't support SSH, but adoption can be completed with our free HostiFi Device Discovery Tool.
Yes. By default we will create a subdomain of hostifi.com for you to use, but you can also set up your own domain name for your server.
Yes, we do. You can download the UniFi Network app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow our guide to connect it to your server.
We handle all of the server and UniFi controller updates and roll out these out, once our testing process has been completed. If you do need your server updated before this however, please let us know. Updates for individual devices, such as gateways, access points and switches is under your control, so you can choose when and how to deploy them.
Yes, it's easy to migrate your existing sites using the site migration wizard built right into UniFi, and this can be done completely remotely. We also have a guide on how to add new devices. However, if you need assistance, every UniFi plan we offer - comes with included migration assistance for no additional charge, just reach out to our support team for help.
We use Vultr as our infrastructure provider and we can move your server to a location of your choosing in North America, Europe, Asia, or Australia.
Yes, if you need to upgrade your plan, you can do so from app.hostifi.com or you can let our team know. We will take care of the server and billing changes. No migration or downtime involved.
