Over the last few days, our development team have been rolling out the latest version of UniFi Network to our servers, with version 8.0.26. This follows on from 7.5.187, which we pushed out in late last year. This version of UniFi was released to GA at the end of December and since then, the team have been testing everything that has changed and for any potential bugs.
We haven't gone straight to the latest version of UniFi, as our team always works hard to vet the update releases, and skip any versions that have issues or bugs. Customers can now choose a schedule for when updates on UniFi and UISP are carried out.
UniFi Network 8.0.26
Between 7.5.187 and 8.0.26 were 8.0.7 and 8.0.24 both of which added lots of new features, so we'll go over some of the major improvements which have been made since:
- Radio manager, easy place to see all of the APs on the network with configuration, stats and more filtering options
- VLAN viewer, improved and more straight forward way to view where VLANs are assigned
- WireGuard VPN client
