We've updated our Omada servers to 5.9.31

All servers now updated from 5.9.9 to 5.9.31

Over the last few days, our development team have been rolling out the latest version of the Omada Controller to our servers. Version 5.9.31 was released by TP-Link at the end of March and since then, the team have been testing everything that has changed. Previously, our servers were running Omada 5.9.9.

Our team always works hard to vet the update releases, and skip any versions that have issues or bugs. Customers can now choose a schedule for when updates on when UniFi, UISP and Omada are carried out.

Omada 5.9.31

The new features between 5.9.9 and 5.9.31 are pretty minor, these include:

  • Added full support for the Omada app version 4.7, with the ability to configure the Internet and LAN settings
  • Bug fixed that caused some issues with Switch ACLs containing IP-Port groups, after Omada 5.9.9 was installed
  • Some port forwarding issues were also fixed, relating to the inability to make a new entry when the first value of the starting port greater than that of the ending port.

You can see the rest of the additions and bug fixes from 7.3.83 in TP-Link's full release notes.
